Hello, I’m Jody, and welcome to Blissful Balance Holistic Health and Massage. A little bit about me and what led me to my practice. I have been in the healthcare field for over 30 years, as a nurse, and have worked in various healthcare environments. I have always had a passion about holistic health and the healing power of touch. I needed a change and what better way to do that then to follow my passion to continue to help people. As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I do NOT diagnose or write prescriptions. I do help find root cause of health issues or how to better manage them so my clients can become the healthiest, best version of themselves. I work with the whole person, meaning not just the physical but the mental, emotional and spiritual parts as well. I believe in the healing power of touch and that is why I have incorporated massage therapy into my practice. I do Medical and Therapeutic/Relaxation massage with a plan to add more types of massage therapy in the near future, so be sure to stay tuned!!

Blissful Balance Holistic Health and Massage was created from my passion for a holistic and patient-centered approach to wellness. I recognized the need for a space where comprehensive care and compassion come together. I do not diagnose or prescribe medications. I do try to find root cause of a condition and to treat the whole person not just symptoms.
